Step 1. Quick App

Complete our Quick App online.  With 24 hours roughfly, we will review and discuss your loan submission.  We will discuss various options or move your file straight into the next stage....

Step 2. Full App

You will receive an email with a link to sign the LOI or Term Sheet  and a link to complete the full application. Everything you entered on  the quick app will populate and if you are a repeat borrower all your  personal data will pre-populate. 
On submission of the full application, the system will ask you to upload required docs needed to process your loan.  

Step 3. Processing/ Underwriting

After we review your uploaded docs & start the underwriting process,  look out for an automated email that will contain your loan status  & required doc checklist. The checklist will show the status of each  required doc. Make sure you click the link to upload the required docs  if and when needed. 

NOTE: Underwriting may sometimes add new items, so always open/read the email notifications &  check your loan status. 

Step 4. Closing

With our technology platform making it easy for all parties to  collaborate in real time, we are able to close loans in 14 days or less.  After closing your loan we will send you payment reminders and easy  access to request draws in doing a rehab/construction loan.

     - Check Copy / Wire Confirmation

     - Escrow Letter from Title

* Entity Docs - Borrowing Entity

     -Cert of Formation / Arts of Org'n Certified Copy

     -LLC Operating Agreement / Corp Bylaws / Partnership Agreement

     -SS-4 / LTR 417C - EIN Letter issued by IRS

     -Certificate of Good Standing / Status issued w/i 30 Days of closing

* Bank Statements - (Last two months)

     - Liquity Req't = 6 mo PITA + 1% of any open mortgags shown on Credit + Down Payment 

                                        (if    applicable) + Closing Costs

     - Note: Cash Out Count towards all EXCEPT 6mo PITIA

*  Insurance - Property & Liability

     - Provide Insurance Agent's e-mail address

* Title

     - Provide Title Contact Information ASAP
